Confirmed that coronavirus in Nigeria reached 43,841 on Sunday night after 304 new infections, the Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) said in an update.

Lagos recorded 304 cases, followed by FCT with 39, Abia with 31 and Kaduna 24.

The others are: “Rivers-23, Plateau-16, Cross River-13, Ebonyi-12, Ondo-12, Ekiti-11, Edo-11, Benue-10, Nasarawa-10, Ogun-6, Gombe-5”

The total number of instances shown, so in Nigeria it is now 43,841, of which 20,308 have been released.

However, 888 people were killed.
