The top leaders paid a visit to the Navnera Dam site in Rajasthan’s Kota. The state’s Energy Minister Hiralal Nagar and Education Minister Madan Dilawar were also present on the site.
Discussions were held with officials on the disposal of water in the dams as a component of the PKC-ERCP interstate river link project. Decisions have been taken for the long-term works to be carried out on a more temporary basis depending on the situation on the ground.
