Dubai: Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) recorded 227 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections shown to 119,864.
Meanwhile, up to 242 patients with COVID-19 have fully recovered from the virus in more than 24 hours, bringing the total number of other people recovered in Qatar to 116,780, leaving 2,882 active cases under treatment.
The ministry reported a death, a 71-year-old man, from coronavirus, raising the country’s death toll to 202.
Of the 227 new cases, 210 are and 17 are travelers returning from abroad.
All new instances have been placed in isolation and get physical care based on their physical state.
The newest ones were detected after 4,725 tests in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of tests to date to 654,973 tests, and there have been 37 hospitalizations in the last 24 hours.
Three patients were admitted to intensive care due to headaches due to virus infection, which raised the total number of cases recently received intensive care medical care to 51.
