Using the data of an original survey conducted in June 2020, this study examines the prevalence, frequency and productivity of work practices from home (FMH) during the Covid-19 pandemic in Japan. The results reveal that the percentage of workers who worked remotely was approximately 32%. The workforce assigned to the FMH agreements represented approximately 19% of the total operating hours. The highly trained and well -paid administrative staff working in giant corporations in metropolitan spaces has a tendency to work. remotely. The average productivity of telepinturas compared to the execution in the same previous office was around 60-70%, and it was a decrease for personnel that only began working at a distance after the propagation of the Covid-19 Pandemia . The remunerated staff, as well as workers who travel long distances, tend to show relatively small relief in labor productivity.
