Prince Charles, 71, traveled today to the Gulf State to offer his condolences for the death of the country’s leader, Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah. The Prince of Wales expressed his condolences on behalf of the Queen to the new Emir of Kuwait. His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah and other members of the family circle. Charles also met with Kuwait’s Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah, and the Queen’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Michael Davenport.
As many know, the coronavirus pandemic has made restrictions now in position at the top of the world.
The UK has been in position with some countries lately.
Countries that are not on the room list are on a ‘quarantine list’, which means that anyone returning to the UK will have to spend 14 days in isolation.
Prince Charles is expected to spend a lot of time in Kuwait, but he may be quarantined on his return.

Kuwait is not on the UK salon list under the Department of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth, Department and Commonwealth (FCDO) at the time of writing.
This means that usually anyone returning to the UK from Kuwait will have to isolate themselves for 14 days.
However, there are some exceptions to quarantine regulations that come with those of certain jobs.
Some jobs allow others not to complete the passenger’s location form or isolate the passenger, or both, according to the government’s website.

An exception to quarantine regulations is for “diplomatic missions” representing the United Kingdom.
The government says: “Members of diplomatic missions and consular offices in the United Kingdom, public officials, public officials or representatives of foreign organizations, representatives at a foreign or British convention have received privileges and immunities, as well as their families or dependents.
“This includes representatives of foreign organizations who to the UK on official visits, for example, to attend negotiations.
“You may not want to complete the passenger’s location form.

“You will not want to isolate yourself if you prove that your painting is for the functioning of the mission, foreign organization or convention and cannot be undertaken by isolating yourself. “
Due to the explanation of the reason for his visit, the prince is most likely exempt from quarantine rules.
Representatives of a foreign country or territory and representatives of British territories are also exempt from quarantine rules.
Charles has already visited Kuwait seven times.
He traveled to Kuwait with Princess Diana in 1989 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Kuwait’s independence as a guest of the emir in 2011 and, more recently, his tour of the Middle East in 2015.
He paid tribute to the country on 17 January 2006, when the former emir died.
Sheikh Sabah served as Minister of Foreign Affairs for 38 years, which made Kuwait a force for peace and in the region.
He was also a strong advocate of close friendship between the United Kingdom and Kuwait and between the royal circle of relatives and Kuwait’s circle of ruling relatives.
