From September 29, 2022, Singaporeans can enter Taiwan visa-free for up to 30 days. PCR tests are required prior to departure and there are no vaccination requirements to enter Taiwan.
But since October 13, quarantine is no longer required and travelers will only have to practice seven days of fitness management.

You can take the Taroko Gorge trail from the front of the park to access the sanctuary, a quiet spot that includes a waterfall and pavilion.
Another charm is the Grotto of the Swallows, a 400m stretch of limestone and marble cave that lies west of the sanctuary. It is one of the most popular trails in the park due to its incredible view of the beautiful Liwu River. Watch the swallows make their appearance near the rock face. To the west is the Tunnel of the Nine Turns, where you can admire the striking perspectives of the white marble cliffs of the gorge as you walk through some of its narrower sections.

Until the Japanese profession in 1893, the small mountain of Jiufen City in northeastern Taiwan was quite isolated. After the gold rush during this period, the city evolved and many of the city’s buildings reflect the Japanese influence on Taiwan’s architecture and culture to this day. It is now best known for the old town of Spirited Away, which includes narrow alleys covered with teahouses, souvenir shops and street food stalls.
Some of Jiufen’s attractions include the Shengping Theater, which was established in the 1900s and has since been restored, as well as the Gold Mining Museum, which showcases the city’s history as a mining center in the Japanese-era gold rush.
Similarly, Shifen exploited the city before the 1950s and features a set of alleys and tracks around the Shifen Station area. The city’s railway maintains its rustic charm while offering local cuisine and Taiwan’s iconic heavenly lantern throwing activity.
