“We have temporarily suspended the additional dose in all of our COVID-19 vaccine candidate clinical trials, adding the Phase 3 ENSEMBLE trial, due to an unexplained disease in a participant,” the company said in a statement.
The break means that the registration formula for the clinical trial of 60,000 patients has been closed while the independent patient protection committee is convened.
