MOGILEV, Nov 10 (BelTA) – It is planned to create the Belarusian-Russian clinical cluster on the basis of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant (BelNPP), Grigory Rapota, a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, told the media after the meeting of the Energy and Transport Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the State of the Union of Belarus and Russia in Mogilev on 10 of November, BelTA learned.
According to Grigory Rapota, the two countries have wonderful cooperation in the force sector. The launch of the Belarus nuclear power plant gives the state two wonderful opportunities: more strength and the progress of science in the nuclear industry. The Standing Committee on the State of the Union is based on the progression of a clinical panel on the basis of the Belarusian nuclear power plant.
Speaking about the effect of deeper integration and State of the Union programs on citizens’ quality of life, Grigory Rapota said this factor is at the top of the agenda. “Any program we plan and any occasion we organize will have to be noticed through the eyes of Belarusians and Russians. Everything we do aims to make their lives more comfortable. When we talk about transport, all activities within the framework of the Union State and the Eurasian Economic Union are aimed at accelerating the movement of goods, which will make them less expensive for consumers. It makes a basic difference whether goods are transported within 20 days or within five days,” he said.
He noted that State of the Union systems create cutting-edge products that are unrivaled in the world. It is a genuine contribution to the progression of clinical thinking. The next step is commercialization. All this unearths application in living spaces.
Referring to the not unusual articulations to counter the sanctions policy of the West, Grigory Rapota under the pressure that such difficulties make us more powerful “as in life (both personally and socially). The more difficulties we encounter, the more we get together and think about how to do it in this situation,” he said. “It’s the only way to gain stability and success. It’s the same at events abroad. When I hear other people complain that “now is not the time for this or that,” I disagree. The time is right. For example, today the commission is dedicated to improving the sending infrastructure to facilitate communication between other people. It takes an exercise from St. Petersburg thirteen hours to get to Minsk, and that’s not fair. It does not correspond to the shipping fashion point and is due to our internal problems, not external threats. We have to work on those things even harder now than before, when there were fewer external threats. “
Grigory Rapota under pressure to organize such occasions not only in the capitals, but also in the regions.
“Metropolitan officials remain in touch, understand each other well and the essence of our activities,” he said. “We want to make regions aware of this kind of thing. The good fortune of any company and organization is not in the extent that the manager perceives the final goal, but to the extent that all participants in the procedure perceive it and their role in it. Therefore, the regions will have to worry about those issues. “
