PH registers 213131 instances of COVID-19 in general, while recoveries succeed in 135K

MANILA, Philippines – Philippines on Saturday recorded 3,637 more cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), bringing the total number of respiratory infections to 213,131.

The DOH also documented a total of 135,101 recoveries, 655 new recoveries.

Of the recently reported deaths, 81 or 86 consistent with the percentage occurred in August; 12 or thirteen consistent with cent in July; and one in June.

First NCR region

Manila’s metropolitan domain recorded an additional 1,648 coronavirus disease infections, followed by Calabarzon with 560 new cases, while the Luzon center reported 222 more cases.

New instances of COVID-19 were collected from 102 records from operating molecular laboratories.

The DOH also stated that 50 duplicates, adding 16 recoveries, had been removed from the total number of cases.

COVID-19 first gave the impression in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, in 2019.
