Opposition leader Peter Dutton has attacked the Albanian government for cutting investment for the Border Force and leaving Australia in the hands of asylum seekers.
Last week, about 40 men from Pakistan and Bangladesh were found near a small indigenous network in Western Australia.
“They’ve all been sent to Nauru, and some of the 40 who arrived illegally have already returned to Pakistan,” McGauran told Sky News Australia.
“The government acted decisively, but Dutton was able to link this action with a relief demonstrated in the air and sea surveillance of our coasts.
“It flagged trouble there. “
