PCB citizens for COVID-19, urge others to do the same

PANAMA CITY BEACH – For a handful of other people at Frank Brown Park on Wednesday, getting tested for COVID-19 was a simple resolution and everything everyone does.

“I have youngstersArray … so I need to make sure I’m okay because my little kids aren’t. 1,” said Pérez Rodriguez, a PCB resident who among those who took the test wednesday.

According to data from the Bay County Florida Department of Emergency Facebook page, two contextual testing sites were presented this week in Bay County: one at Frank Brown Park and Lynn Haven Sports Park.

Bay County spokeswoman Valerie Sale added that the tests are “completely free” and funded through the CARES Act, which is a $2 trillion stimulus bill approved by the federal government in reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, testing is administered on any of the sites to consumers over the age of 18, Sale said. Appointments are encouraged, but tours are also accepted without an appointment.

“We are still in the procedure of determining whether we will open a third party in Callaway with any other contractor or simply move one of the existing s,” he wrote in an email.

For the PCCh resident, Sherry Rice, driving control sites are a wonderful opportunity for residents, especially those without physical activity insurance.

Rice added that after starting to feel a little unwell, she should get tested just to be sure.

Like other interviewees, Rice anticipates the day when life can return to normal.

“Community service is what I call,” he said of loose coronavirus tests. “I hope we can have (the pandemic) as soon as possible.”

Anne Vonseyeewitz, a Wisconsin snowbird that was tested alongside her husband Stan, agreed with Rice and added how terrible the effect of the virus was on people’s lives and the economy.

Looking ahead, however, Vonseyeewitz believes it is vital for the country to continue its regulations, rather than closing everything.

“I think we have to put our feet in the Water Array … and look on the fly,” he said. “We can’t stay home forever. It probably won’t work.”
