TORONTO, Nov. 13, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Franco-Nevada Corporation (“Franco-Nevada”) (TSX: FNV) (NYSE: FNV) notes that its partner, First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (“First Quantum”), issued an update stating that its subsidiary, Minera Panama S. A. , has begun to reduce ore processing operations at the Cobre Panama mine by discontinuing one ore processing exercise while two remain operational. First Quantum reported that an illegal blockade of small vessels in the port of Punta Rincon affected the delivery of materials for the mine’s power plant, which is in full operation, and also made it difficult to load copper concentrate onto vessels.
