PANAMA CITY — Local police are for a 69-year-old man who disappeared Thursday night.
According to the Panama City Police Department, officials were called to Gulf Coast Medical Center on Thursday after John Conner left the facility to receive medical attention or be released.
Conner, who has since disappeared, “has medical conditions in addition to dementia,” a news release states.
Conner temporarily lives in a local nursing home. He was taken to the hospital after falling.

Approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 170 pounds, Conner has gray hair and green eyes. He noticed for the last time dressed in a dark-colored blouse and blue jeans.
