Panam Sports has postponed the start of its bidding procedure for the 2027 Pan American Games due to the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the continental body’s letter, the 2027 edition of the occasion will be awarded six years before its inauguration “except in exceptional circumstances”.
Panam Sports President Neven Ilic said in the parties that the executive committee had made the decision to postpone the timetable “because it is not the right time to start this process. “
