In the early hours of 10 September, a mentally ill man shot dead 3 people, adding members of the family circle, to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan.
The incident occurred in the Shawa of Shangla district in northwestern Pakistan.
Police said the suspect, believed to have intellectual fitness issues, opened the chimney in his house, killing three people and adding his wife on site, according to the media.
Meanwhile, the suspect’s father fired. The bodies of the dead and wounded were transferred to a nearby medical center. The attacker was taken into custody, Pakistani media reported.
Earlier, in August, a mentally ill man was arrested in Sindh Province of Pakistan for killing 11 members of the family circle by slitting his throat, adding six women and five children.
The incident occurred in the town of Pano Aqil, Sukkur district.
The suspect had killed his wife, four daughters, three sons, a daughter-in-law, a grandson and a granddaughter.
