The lesson we are learning now is the lesson we learned between 1973 and 1974. In 1973/74, OPEC crises occurred, the oil sector exploded, and Middle Eastern countries began to create a sovereign wealth budget from 1976 to 1978. Norway created its own at the time, it was at that time that many countries began to expand and introduce SWFS as a savings mechanism, so the fact is that it is anything that has been done since the 1970s or early 1980s. countries that had established their SWF at the time are more prepared now. So, where we are now, we just want to be ready for the future, to make sure we’re ready.
