IntercityHotel Muscat has 273 rooms ranging from popular rooms to luxury suites. Assets include a special business area that offers business rooms and suites with more early check-in benefits, expired check-outs, loose welcome drinks, and vip in-room services, to name a few. In addition, the hotel has the Citrine restaurant open all day, as well as a cafeteria in the lobby, a swimming pool and gym, a spa with six remedie rooms, 4 multifunctional meeting rooms for up to 135 other people and an A’Raya ballroom for up to 1200 guests.

According to Siegfried Nierhaus, Vice President middle east at Deutsche Hospitality: “The Middle East is a destination for both vintage tourism and business travel. IntercityHotel is perfectly suited to the region, as the concept satisfies the wishes of all travelers. Our successful trajectory has been to position the logo in Oman along the Salalah and Nizwa hotels as we successively expand our portfolio in this region. “

Managing Director Renjith Chandran added: “We are very pleased to open the IntercityHotel Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. The hotel will cater to all markets, from business and recreation to primary MICE events. Also working with National Hotel Management (NHI) and the Ministry of Manpower, I look forward to welcoming Omani to the team.

The IntercityHotel Muscat is perfectly close to Muscat International Airport and the cultural sites of Al Alam Palace and Mutrah Corniche with its three-kilometre promenade. Al Khuwair Beach is a ten-minute walk from the hotel, one of the Sultanate’s many beautiful beaches along its sea coast of over 2,000 kilometres.
