A guy from Georgia was charged with murder after the government said a 19-year-old woguy was shot in Panama City Beach, Florida, but the suspect said the shooting was a turn of fate while playing with the gun.
Spencer Chase Pruitt, 24, allegedly told the government that he was pointing a gun at other people as part of a “game,” but that things were Monday when the gun fired and hit Victoria “Tori” Lynn Busch in the neck.
“He hands his gun to his friends and pulls the trigger, but he doesn’t fire,” police said in an affidavit of arrest received through the Atlanta Journal Constitution. “On that date, in his own statement, he stated that he still knew and knew why his gun had fired this time. “
Authorities were called to a condominium on the beach shortly after 3 a. m. last Monday, according to the Panama City Beach Police Department, where paramedics discovered Busch with a gunshot wound to the neck and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

PEOPLE confirms that Pruitt has been charged with manslaughter in a county; was searched in the Bay County Jail on a $200,000 bond; he remains in prison and the court records do not reflect a legal lawyer to speak on his behalf.

The Journal-Constitution reports that Busch attended a technical school and sought to pursue a career in welding. “She is just an intelligent woman who brought happiness to many other people and so positive in everyone’s life,” a circle of family friend Linda Corriveau told the paper.
Family friends have created a GoFundMe page to help the family circle plan their funeral.
“Sweet Tori, the world will never be the same again without you, you will be in our hearts,” said the fundraiser on the site. “May God take care of you, your new angel, and wrap your arms around your Candy mama, daddy and little brother, rest in peace my lovely daughter!
