Muscat: The Ministry of Energy and Minerals has introduced an electronic portal for mining companies.
“The Ministry of Energy and Minerals has introduced an electronic payment option that allows companies operating in the minerals sector to pay, track and settle their monetary contributions through the electronic payment portal, without reaching the ministry’s headquarters in person, as the portal is directly connected to the ministry’s collections and its branches in the governorates,” the ministry said in a statement.
The procedure is as follows:
1-Contact the ministry collection for the URL link.
2- The collection will provide you with the payment URL.
3-Click on the link and provide the bank details.
4- Receive the receipt.
5- The transaction will be reviewed through the staff.
6-Complete the transaction.
