Phase One Infrastructure Project Completion Rate Exceeded 27%
Muscat: The public establishment for commercial areas “Madayn” is lately implementing the structure allocation of the commercial city of Ibri, where the completion rate of the infrastructure allocation in phase 1 has exceeded 27%.
The first phase of the allocation is developed on an area of 3 million m² and includes road works, service networks such as sewerage, rainwater and telecommunications networks, and wadis coverage walls.
The number of projects in the commercial city of Ibri in Al Dhahirah governorate has reached 23 projects from a total domain of 250,000 m² and an investment price of more than nine million OMR, Eng reported. Nasser Al Mabsali, Director General of the Industrial City of Ibri. These projects constitute several sectors, to which are added construction materials, oil services and fuels, food and warehouses.
Al Mabsali noted that the advertising city of Ibri is located on a domain of 10 million m² and aims to locate a variety of advertising, advertising and service activities, such as medium and delicate industries, advertising projects and administrative offices, advertising workshops, warehouses and hard-working canton.
He mentions that Madayn submitted a tender earlier this year as an investment opportunity to identify a one-stop shop that adds a gas station, a rest area, and a gas station for trucks and cars passing through the road to Saudi Arabia.
