Middle Eastern carrier Oman Air is restructuring its network, eliminating several Asian routes, as part of a primary reorganization of its operations.
Oman Air disclosed last August that it would undertake changes in order to stem continuing losses and reduce debts.

Oman Air says the “strategic changes” to the network are part of the transformation aimed at monetary functionality and “strengthening” its position in the market.
The measures are accompanied by the optimisation of its schedule from this summer, in order to cater for key flows to and from Oman.
“Flight schedules have been revised for several of [our] destinations, with more favorable slots to offer more convenience to direct passengers and maximize connection windows,” the airline said.
Oman Air operates a fleet of Boeing 787s and Airbus A330s along with variants of the Boeing 737, the Max.
