Oil exports from Iraq’s port of Basra halted due to oil source spill

Oil exports from Iraq’s port of Basra were halted last night due to a spill, oil industry resources said Friday, adding that efforts to involve the spill may last more than a week.

Oil loading operations have been halted from the port until it is repaired, the resources added.
