PETROPAVLOVSK. North Kazakhstan Governor Kumar Aksakalov says the region produces 25% of the country’s dairy products, Kazinform reports.
The Governor believes this is the result of the dairy production program.
“The constant percentage of the region will grow year after year. Milk production will increase from 130 000 to 170 000 tonnes according to the year. The region produces 150 types of dairy products. Over the past 4 years, the region has commissioned 22 new advertising dairy farms. That’s part of the farms built across the country,” the governor’s Instagram account reads.
He opened it in the region. The 600-head farm is expected to produce 3,500 tonnes of milk consistent with the year.
He noted that 8 new advertising dairy farms will be launched in the region this year. To date, 17 complexes are structured.
