The 6th grade and IGCSE categories continue with the license for exams,” the management added in the message. A senior school official who requested anonymity also showed the development.

“Yes, the COVID-19 patient is one of our student’s parents, we have taken all precautionary measures and are in constant contact with the Ministry of Health to monitor the situation,” senior official Array said.

Sources inside the school’s management indicated that the director of the chain of schools also called an urgent assembly on the issue at one of his schools in Gurugram.

According to screenshots of Whatsapp messages circulating online, the student’s parents had arranged a birthday party for Feb. 28 and several other students at the school had participated in the celebrations. Anurag Bharghav, marketing director of Gautam Budh Nagar, said he came to the school in Noida after the branch won the reports.

“The building is being disinfected and blood tests have been sent from five families for examination,” the CMO reported.
