MINSK, July 7 (BelTA) – The President of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus, Viktor Lukashenko, met with Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan, BelTA of the NOC press service.
The assembly also brought together senior officials from the Ministry of Sports and Culture and the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan. The parties discussed the participation of the Kazakhstan team in the II CIS Games in Belarus in 2023 and other sporting events.
“Sports cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan has been emerging rapidly for many years. We have signed agreements, we organize joint educational camps. Belarusian athletes participate in tournaments in Kazakhstan and delegations from their country come to see us,” Lukashenko said. “It is also conceivable to expand cooperation between educational and clinical sports institutions, for example, the Belarusian University of Physical Culture and the Kazakhstan Academy of Sports and Tourism. Kazakh athletes have come a long way in sports such as karate and boxing. His delight in those disciplines, I am sure, will be useful for Belarusian athletes. “
For his part, Yeraly Tugzhanov praised the highest point of education of the clinical and medical body of Belarusian painters in the game frame and also highlighted the leading positions of Belarus in some games. “We will seek to put into effect all the agreements in the game.
