On 5 September, the United Arab Emirates recorded 70 new cases and a new death, almost double the number of cases observed a few weeks ago.
The government takes into account a country’s testing capacity and positivity, as well as government response, controlled outbreaks, and an assessment of the quality of available data.
At the time of writing, the Ministry of Health and Prevention states that there are 73,471 shown in the Arab State, of which 63,652 have already been cured.
