The first article, titled “Association of depressive symptoms with COVID-19 onset and 2-year mortality responsibilities among healthcare workers from 20 countries: a cross-sectional serial study across countries,” was published in the journal identified. BMC Medicine. This study, the result of a foreign collaboration, is based on a serial cross-sectional study survey and analyzes data received from the first two surveys of the Global COVID-19 Health Workers Study (HEROES).

The survey included a total of 32,223 responses from fitness professionals from 20 countries, with an average age of 40. 1 years and a majority of female participants (73. 3%). Findings reveal that an increase in the occurrence and mortality responsibilities of COVID-19 is especially related to the appearance of depressive symptoms, arising the desire to implement physically powerful intellectual fitness support for fitness personnel and after the pandemic . This study is a pioneer in creating a partnership, suggesting that the additional stress caused by increasing cases and deaths demands rapid and effective intellectual action measures.

“This is a very important fact to take into account for similar events in the future. It is one of the first studies to confirm that its agreement among other people running in the countries and a primary effect on the intellectual aptitude of “Its staff fitness is something very worrying,” he added.

In this article, entitled “The work experience of health personnel in Chile during the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on intellectual health: a qualitative study of the foreign initiative HEROES”, Dr. Ramírez will provide a qualitative study that explores the experience of health personnel in Chile. This study is based on 35 semi-structured interviews conducted between the second half of 2022 and the first part of 2023, and uses thematic analytical studies to read about the points that influence their intellectual health.

“The limitation of studies through standardized surveys is that they do not allow us to advance in a deeper understanding of the phenomena, especially when they are culturally diverse,” explained Dr. Ramírez. “We managed to finance to be able to carry out in-depth interviews and analyze these interviews,” he added.

The effects of this study are organized around 4 main themes:

Based on these findings, the study proposes five key spaces for intervention: the general perspective, previous exposure to crisis experiences, self-management spaces, the strategy between parents and the institutional response. The identity of these spaces suggests the need for a comprehensive study. to address the critical points affecting the intellectual fitness of fitness care workers.
