As of November 21, 2020, those travelling to Canada by air must submit data online before boarding their flight. The new mandatory requirement is designed to decrease the spread of COVID-19.
In April 2020, the Canadian government introduced ArriveCAN, a platform that allows passengers to comply with border measures. At the end of this month, final-bound air operators in Canada will need to stop at the site and provide and touch information, a quarantine plan (unless exempted), and a self-assessment of COVID-19 symptoms.
