MOSCOW – The number of new coronavirus cases in Russia peaked since May 12, when the government reported 10,888 new infections across the country, adding 3,537 in Moscow.
Authorities said another 117 people were killed overnight, bringing the official death toll to 21,475. The total number of cases recorded since the start of the epidemic is 1,225,889, they said.
