“We condemn Russia’s cruelty against Ukrainian civilian populations and human rights violations and abuses, such as forced evictions, torture and barbaric remedies of women, youth and others in vulnerable situations,” he said.

“We also remain committed to supporting Ukraine’s long-term efforts towards post-war reconstruction and reforms, so that Ukraine can ensure its long-term free and democratic, modernize its defense sector, decorate long-term interoperability and deter long-term aggression,” he said.

Ukraine is experiencing cuts as Russia continues to bomb the force’s infrastructure.

“We will continue our partnership with Ukraine as it advances its Euro-Atlantic aspirations,” the ministers said.
