MOORHEAD, Minnesota: Moorhead opens its first COVID-19 saliva research site.
The saliva test is loose and should be used by all Minnesota residents, whether they have symptoms or not.
You must schedule an appointment on the State Department of Health website, but appointment visits are also accepted.
They ask others not to eat, drink, smoke or chew gum at least 30 minutes before taking the test.
“You’ll introduce yours. Let’s do an online registration. It’s called drooling in the tube. Only two milliliters isn’t so much. It’s pretty fast. It takes up to 7 to 8 minutes for other people to do so. You’ll put the tube in a bag and go. And I’ll get its effects in about 48 to 72 hours by email,” says Shawn Baxley, vice president of cash operations at Vault Health.
Here’s the one to make an appointment.
