Foreign Minister S Jaishankar on Wednesday ed the site of the Hindu temple under construction, the first in Abu Dhabi, and described it as “a symbol of peace, tolerance and harmony”. He also met with Sheikh Nahyan bin Mabarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and thanked him for his strong support for the Indian community, yoga activities, cricket and cultural cooperation.

While in the UAE, S Jaishankar would hold talks with his counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, and the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
