“Our staff deserves more,” the message adds. “We are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, daughters and sons. We may not be yours, but we are, and we deserve the respect yours would like. We are your waiters, hosts, helpers and kitchen equipment.”

According to Short’s, visitor harassment increased the pandemic, even as staff worked hard to make certain customers still have a “lethal experience” amid evolving fitness patterns.
“We sense how frustrating waiting for food or queues can be, but we’re also running to optimize our activity grades with this new system,” the brewery wrote.

“The changes happened overnight for all of us,” Short added. “We ask you to be patient with us and remind yourself that not only are you talking to a waiter or manager, you are talking to a human being with feelings.”

The place to eat said he is “willing to listen” to constructive feedback and make changes, but harassment is not the way to be heard.
“We’re here to listen, but if you can’t be nice, we can’t help you,” Short said. “Our staff is our circle of family members and we support them. SoArray be respectful and friendly because enough is enough.
