COVID-19 is in the headlines around the world this year. However, cancer will kill more people worldwide: 3 million in China in China. Cancer patients are more vulnerable to COVID-19 and have more than twice the mortality rate than cancer patients with COVID-19.
In this context, Forbes China will launch its first “Forbes China Health Summit” on August 15, 2020 (August 14, 2020 in the United States). The theme of the summit will be “Advancing the global fight against cancer in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic”.
The occasion is organized through Forbes China in strategic partnership with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
