(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, March 12, 2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, one of Europe’s leading owners, managers and developers of logistics assets, has completed the BTS progression of an asset of more than 16,000 metres in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu and handed it over to Trace Logistics, Fluidra’s logistics subsidiary.
The warehouse, which sits on a plot spanning more than 23,500 sqm targets BREEAM Very Good and has a photovoltaic system with a total output capacity of almost 100 kWp, which covers the building’s energy needs. Logistics also has four charging points for electric vehicles.
The asset is in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, halfway between Barcelona and the French border, with good connections to the AP-7 motorway, the main Spanish maritime infrastructure in the region.
Intended for activities covered by the Seveso Directives, directives for the protection of sites containing gigantic quantities of hazardous substances, this new progression allows Trace Logistics to centralise its stocks and the shipment of its products to Southern Europe.
