The warehouse, which sits on a plot spanning more than 23,500 sqm targets BREEAM Very Good and has a photovoltaic system with a total output capacity of almost 100 kWp, which covers the building’s energy needs. Logistics also has four charging points for electric vehicles.

The asset is in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, halfway between Barcelona and the French border, with good connections to the AP-7 motorway, the main Spanish maritime infrastructure in the region.
