The point of trust of Quebecers in governments and others has fallen over the summer, according to a new survey.
The survey suggests that confidence in all grades of government has fallen, i. e. with regard to legault government’s control of the pandemic, this point of satisfaction remains higher than the federal government’s response.

As a continuation of my previous coverage, here is our full report, through Philip Authier, on what Prime Minister Francois Legault said at his press conference.
A total of 247 schools had reported cases of COVID-19 until four o’clock yesterday afternoon, an increase of 10 compared to the previous day, according to statistics published through the Quebec government.
Other key figures:
Quebec has 2,685 and 1 million primary and secondary fellows
Health Minister Christian Dubé says it is unacceptable that many Quebecers are waiting hours to return.
He said he had taken a step forward during the summer and is now deteriorating.
“I don’t like the stage at the screening clinics right now,” Dubé said, adding that he had insisted that fitness officials resolve the disorders and hoped they would be resolved in a few days.
He said the province manages queues better and uses more personal labs for testing.
Dubé did the at a press conference this afternoon.
At the same briefing, Horacio Arruda, the province’s director of public fitness, said this afternoon that in about two weeks Quebec will present new projections on the expected course of the pandemic.
The news comes after Prime Minister Francois Legault revealed that he had not noticed any new projections since June.
Dubé also announced that Quebec prohibits restaurants and microbreweries from promoting alcohol after midnight, after the province imposed such a ban on bars last week.
The Minister of Health called on Quebecers to stay vigilant this weekend and not participate in rallies where physical remoteness and other fitness rules are respected.
“You have the strength to make sure your region doesn’t go orange,” he said.
The existing scenario is worrying but robust and, at the moment, no region is emerging from the yellow “pre-alert” level.
Three regions are switching to orange: Lower St. Lawrence, Quebec City and Montreal.
“We’ll have to keep being careful, ” said Dubé.
The seven-day moving average increase in quebec cases is now around 300, he added.
This represents 30 consistent with millions of inhabitants.
In short, France, amid a strong buildup of infections, is approximately 150 cases consistent with millions, Dubé said.
It’s my fault. Health Minister @cdube_sante apologise to the hairdresser at Thetford-Mines, who said she had knowingly worked while inflamed with COVID-19, but did not know she was inflamed. He says he talked to her.
After days of transparency court cases, the Quebec government has published a document explaining its color-coded alert system.
The formula started a week ago.
The province has now posted more main points on its website.
For example, one of the points that will be taken into account when moving regions from one alert point to another will be the instances of 100,000 inhabitants.
When a domain is on orange alert, indoor meetings can be limited to six others (compared to 10 currently) and the government can simply close all bars and limit restaurants to takeaways only.

The provincial government adjusted the overalls for five of the last seven days to correct the type of error. A total of 248 Montreal instances were added, as shown in the following table.

I hope to have some explanation about this soon.

Prime Minister François Legault warns Quebecers to threaten politicians online.
“You have to be careful before you press, ” said Legault at a press conference.
He made the comments after it emerged that members of the National Assembly are facing a growing number of threats.
Provincial police won court cases about three hundred threats against parliamentarians in the first nine months of 2020, Guy Lapointe, communications director of the Quebec Police Service, said this morning.
That’s six times more than at the same time of year.
In weeks, many of these threats have been linked to public and pandemic fitness guidelines.

Dr. Myléne Drouin, Director of Public Health in Montreal, says Montreal will report 295 today.
But 73 of them happened in the last 24 hours.
But 222 more instances are added to the overall count; these cases reflect infections that had occurred within the last 4 or five days, but had not been included in the totals in the past.
He said that with the added instances, Montreal added an average of 90 to the new instances according to the day.
The increase in the number of instances did not rate Montreal in the province’s new color-coded alert system.
“We’re at the yellow level, the pre-alert level,” Drouin said.
He said it was difficult to touch Trace because the people of Montreal are fitting in more socialized, creating increasingly vital teams of other people to reach.

Quebec is conducting an advertising crusade to convince others to adhere to public fitness guidelines, Prime Minister Francois Legault said this morning.
He said he would introduce others who had lost those who had enjoyed COVID-19, as well as other prominent young people.
This will convince other people who are still skeptical about the pandemic that it is genuine and has dire consequences, Legault said.
The Prime Minister made those comments at a press convention in Quebec City.
In reaction to critics who say their regulations are not as strict as those of other prime ministers, Legault said Quebec’s measures are those of the rest of Canada.
“We all face challenges,” he said.
How will Quebec manage with the growing number of cases similar to meetings and parties?
Legault said his government in talks with police officers on how the government “may be more difficult for others who do not follow the (health) instructions. “
The prime minister also announced that he and other prime ministers, in addition to Ontario’s Doug Ford and Alberta’s Jason Kenney, will travel to Ottawa to discuss provincial requests for federal affairs.
“We’re more powerful when we’re united,” Legault said.

The arrival of COVID-19 has changed the concept of telemedicine from a chimeric dream to a truth in Ontario, and many doctors expressed hope that the replacement will be here beyond the pandemic for a long time.
Patient advocates describe this replacement as a double-edged sword, arguing that the increased access to physical care that remote care can provide is counteracted through disadvantages that put the elderly, Canadians with disabilities, and other marginalized communities at increased threat of harm.

Compliance with public fitness measures such as social estating and hand washing has increased from 80% in March to 60% this summer.
To force citizens to change, Prime Minister Francois Legault will have to check to demystify fake news, succeed with those who feel outdoors in society, and offer other people choice tactics to see each other, experts say.
