Autumn will create new dangers in the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as cooler temperatures and an inner circle of family vacation gatherings, Canada’s public fitness officer warned today.

With the last long weekend of the summer season above us, dr.Theresa Tam said Canadians want their own threat points and main points of plans for any face-to-face meeting with friends and family.

Transport Canada states that two Americans were fined $1,000 “for refusing to stick to the air crew’s orders to wear masks.”

One incident occurred on a WestJet flight from Calgary to Waterloo, Ontario, while the other occurred on July 7 on a WestJet flight from Vancouver to Calgary.

“In either case, through the team Americans were ordered several times to use their flights with a face mask and, in both cases, the Americans refused,” Transport Canada said.

These were the first fines for violating the provisional order to prevent Americans from traveling to Canada due to COVID-19.

The World Health Organization expects a new vaccine opposed to coronavirus to be available worldwide until mid-2021, its leading scientist said today.

“We will have to redouble our efforts,” Health Minister Christian Dubé said this afternoon.

As the long Labor Day weekend approached, he said it was “alarming” that the number of new cases had doubled in recent weeks.

“We have to be careful this weekend, ” he said.

He suggested that Quebecers follow public fitness regulations for the province’s school system, physical care staff and the elderly.

It is general for others to need to make a stopover with their friends and family, however, they stay in meetings for 10 other people or less, and adhere to other fitness guidelines, Dubé said.

He pointed to a recent 17-person dinner among friends in Laval that resulted in an outbreak that affected 14 people.

Dubé said the number of cases could continue in the coming days, noting that on Wednesday Quebec conducted more than 19,000 tests, a record.

25 to 30 schools were affected by COVID-19 cases, Dubé said, but the good news is that they were not epidemics, that is, academics and were not inflamed at school.

That’s less than 58 on a list compiled through a Sisters Island father frustrated by a lack of government data.

Dubé said the province would publish a list with at least one case this afternoon.

There are about 3,000 in Quebec.

Prime Minister Francois Legault said he became involved in cumulation in instance in recent weeks.

“I ask you to let your guard down, ” said Legault at a press conference in Sorel-Tracy.”We want at least one extension.”

With 184 new instances on Friday, “that’s double what we had a month ago. We’re a long way from the 800 or 900 new instances the day we had last spring, but the trend is good.”

On the eve of the Labor Day long weekend, Legault said it is more vital than ever to meet public fitness guidelines, especially indoors, in restaurants, bars, and on tours with friends and family.

“We want to avoid the accumulation of cases,” he said. You have to wear a mask and keep your distance.”

When asked through a reporter if he planned to block regions, Legault said no at the moment.

With the existing number of cases, “we still have control,” he said.

But “we need a moment to say hello as much as possible.”

For a consecutive day, Quebec recorded more than 180 cases.

Quebec reported 184 new ones this morning.

Health Minister Christian Dubé said last week that in order for the curve to remain flattened, Quebec’s seven-day moving average does not exceed 160 instances consistent with the day.

This is now 149, up from 136 yesterday.

Background: 160 new instances would constitute 20 instances consisting of one million inhabitants in Quebec.

A new death has been reported. But the death toll remains 5,767, as a death in the past attributed to the disease has now been reclassified.

The number of hospitalizations increased from two to 102.

Of those hospitalized, 18 are in intensive care, two less than the day before.

A total of 19,128 tests were conducted on Wednesday, the last day for which detection knowledge is available.

It’s a new record. The screening of the province aims at 14,000 tests according to the day.

The last peak of 18,255 tests at the end of July.

Dubé is scheduled to inventory the stage at 1 p.m.I’m going to see him here.

Here’s the seven-day trend:
