Live Coronavirus: Cases in India exceed one million; Anti-block protesters arrested in Victoria

India has added 86,432 cases in the last 24 hours; Arrests made after many others piled up for anti-lock demonstrations in Melbourne

Hello to readers from the UK and all over Europe.

AP has this report on Covid-19 in India and around the world:

Coronavirus cases in India reached four million on Saturday, leading the world in new infections and exacerbating distress in the vast interior of the country, where outbreaks have paralyzed the underworld fitness system.

Initially, the virus devastated India’s vast and densely populated cities and has since spread to almost every state, spreading through towns and small towns.

With a population of approximately 1.4 billion, India’s large workload is not unexpected for experts. The country’s late reaction to the virus forced the government to put in place a severe lockout at the end of March.

For more than two months, the economy remained closed, which gave fitness personnel time to prepare for the worst, but with the burden of restrictions also increasing, the government still saw no option to reopen businesses and day-to-day operations.

Most cases in India are found in western Maharashtra and the 4 southern states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.

But the new waves are somewhere else. The 86,432 instances added in the last 24 hours brought India’s total to 4,023,179.

Globally, Brazil has shown 4,091,801 infections, while the United States has 6,200,186 people inflamed, according to Johns Hopkins University.

The health government in South Australia will seek to expand across the state after Covid-19 is detected in wastewater.

The announcement of coronavirus detection at two wastewater treatment services led SA Health to expand regional testing from 3 to six sites.

One of the amenities where Covid-19 was detected collects water from a watershed near a popular interstate truck route. The pattern of the other facility, in Bolivar, came back negative.

On Saturday, the state also recorded its first covid-19 case in 12 days, at the home of a 20-year-old Melbourne woman traveling with her circle of relatives across the state to Alice Springs in the Northern Territory.

The family circle is now isolated in the quarantine of the South Australian hotel, while the asymptomatic woman is isolated in a separate room.

In addition, queensland’s new Covid-19 case has been published.

The new case announced Saturday is that of a woman in her 60s living on Russell Island, about 40 kilometres southeast of Brisbane.

Queensland’s fitness director, Dr. Jeannette Young, said the fitness government had planned “situations like this” in which a case is diagnosed on an island.

Young said:

Contacts are ongoing and we will continue to evaluate the scenario and provide the recommendation for the local network as more data is available.

Recently, Metro South Health is making plans to identify a Covid-19 ephemeral screening clinic at Russell Island Recreation Hall, 2 High Street, Russell Island, near the ferry terminal, and at this point will be operational from four p.m.8 a.p.m.de today and 8 a.m.4 p.m. tomorrow.

Approximately 3,000 other people live on Russell Island.

Australia’s deputy director of health, Professor Michael Kidd, is asked about the anti-lockout protests taking place in Melbourne and the country today.

He says he has noticed reports of how today’s protests took place, but that demonstrations would violate Victoria’s existing restrictions.

I hope that others will be within their physical distance and that others will wear a proper mask to protect themselves and others.

Although there may be a few hundred more people protesting, there are millions who adhere to the restrictions and do their best to get Covid-19 into that state.

To be more informed about the protests in Melbourne, my colleague Michael McGowan presented this report on the arrests that took place.

Professor Michael Kidd reiterates the view that Father’s Day in Australia (Sunday) will be another this year.

Many families in Australia are separated due to fourth-level restrictions in Melbourne and third-tier restrictions in Victoria.

Many families are separated by the closure of borders between some of our states and territories, and many families are separated by border restrictions.

Tomorrow, if you’re lucky enough to have your dad or grandparents, or even your great-grandparents in your life, touch them and let them know how special they are to you.

If you can’t see them in person, you can tap them via phone or video chat and meet practically on this special day.

Break restrictions on your domain to see your parent or jeopardize their fitness and well-being, especially if you live in a network transmission zone or under restrictions.

Australia’s deputy medical director, Professor Michael Kidd, covid-19.

There have been new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Australia.

This brings the number of infections in Australia to 26,207.

Kidd describes the effect of Melbourne’s strict restrictions on the number of Covid-19 instances in the country.

Over the next week, we noticed 663 new instances of Covid-19 in Australia. This continues to decrease and compares to the following week when we saw 951 new instances. The following week, with 1,600 new instances, 2,354 new instances the following week, and 3,493 cases a week earlier.

This continued and welcome drop in the number of new ones is the result of restrictions on the position during the following month in Melbourne and Victoria.

Anti-blocking protests took place today in New South Wales.

Early in the day, police arrested three other people at an unauthorized demonstration in Hyde Park, Sydney.

Two men, 44-year-olds, were arrested for alleged police assault, while one woman was arrested for not complying with a decision.

Eighteen ice creams of sanctions violation were also issued for persons who complied with the public aptitude order in the position of Covid-19.A 16-year-old boy was warned to oppose a young man.

This protest is over.

In the northern state of Puron Bay, eight other people were arrested Saturday in an unauthorized demonstration against the blockade. This protest is also over.

Police have been dispersing protesters lately in a third unauthorized protest opposing the closure at Sydney Olympic Park.A police spokeswoman told the Guardian that the demonstration was larger than the last two demonstrations.

She knew if arrests had been made.

Before Victoria’s Prime Minister Daniel Andrews presents the Covid-19 restriction roadmap on Sunday, here is a report on the freedoms to be presented first, based on draft roadmap received through Guardian Australia.

In New South Wales, the state has known the Bondi Bowling Club as “the worst position to date” in terms of Covid-19 violations.

Sydney site fined double $10,000 after liquor inspectors

Dimitri Argeres, Director of Liquor Compliance

We’re still on the edge of the cliff, but I wouldn’t know if he went to the Bondi Bowling Club on August 29.It worked as if Covid’s security measures were optional.

This presented a rather bleak picture of consumers simply forgetting the restrictions with which everyone has to live and put the entire network at risk.

He suggested that members of the public report violations on the government’s security comment portal in www.nsw.gov.au.

New South Wales imposed 11 new Covid-related fines over the following week, bringing the total number of fine sales options to 105 and the overall fine to $469,000.

One of Melbourne’s protests

This SPG about the protests in Victoria:

Unsuscitated anti-lockdown protesters have been arrested through violent police quarrels in Melbourne.

Officers went through a man at the city’s Shrine of Remembrance on Saturday before they were put on a mask and handcuffs.

He is one of more than 20 people arrested on site, an AAP photographer said.

Up to three hundred more people accumulated in the sanctuary where the environment was described as tense.

Mounted police led the crowd to the steps of the sanctuary, before protesters began to disperse. Some members of the organization carried symptoms with anti-government sentiments and at one point sang the Australian anthem.

Police are awaiting a series of protest demonstrations in Victoria after plans were issued to challenge the state’s strict closing rules, which come with a curfew starting at 8 p.m.until 5 a.m. and limited time away from home.

Before Saturday, police showed that he had arrested four men at the Freedom Day event.

The arrests are based on the high-profile arrest of a pregnant woman in Ballarat on allegations that a separate demonstration is planned for Saturday.

Victoria’s Prime Minister Daniel Andrews sent a general message to protesters at his press conference.

“It’s not smart, it’s not safe, it’s not legal, in fact it’s probably self-centered to protest,” he said.

“The only fight we get into is against this virus.”

As Australian control of Covid-19 in nursing homes intensifies, here’s a report from my colleagues Ben Butler and Melissa Davey on the call in development for elderly care providers to reveal how they use taxpayers’ money.

Guardian Australia’s research into the 10 retirement homes for the elderly affected by the coronavirus in Victoria shows that 3 are controlled through two giant companies, which in combination have earned more than $1.45 billion in public investment over the more than two years and have paid dividends to their shareholders totaling $77 Sr.

Australia’s opposition Labour Party remains stagnant because of one of its liberal MPs, Craig Kelly.

Kelly has been heavily criticized for his recent promotion of hydroxychloroquine, whether on social media and in a speech in parliament, to deal with Covid-19.

This week, the arrest through Victorian police of a woman from Ballarat for inciting to block social media in Nazi Germany.

At the time of the arrest, Kelly said that “this is what you would expect (sic) in Nazi Germany” and “No, it’s not Nazi Germany, it’s going to fall in Australia in 2020,” and then noted that he “is no excuse for the analogy of Nazi Germany.”

Today, Labor Health spokesman Chris Bowen and MP Josh Burns on Prime Minister Scott Morrison to take action on Kelly’s comments.

Scott Morrison appeared in Craig Kelly’s shortlist, but was unable to avoid the MP’s harmful and offensive behavior for Hughes.

Within 48 hours, Craig Kelly made three offensive and ignorant comments comparing the Victorian government to Hitler’s Nazi regime.

Mr. Kelly’s comments on hydroxychloroquine are, namely, a harmful medical pandemic, as hydroxychloroquine has potentially fatal side effects if not administered correctly.

His comments on Nazi Germany are an insult to the many Jews and other Australians who lost the circle of family members in the Holocaust, and to all the Australian infantrymen who fought against Hitler’s Nazi regime.

However, Scott Morrison continues to witness Craig Kelly’s offensive behavior.

I will cede the land to my colleague Elias Visontay, who will be with you in the afternoon.
