Linde Bangladesh publications benefit 23% less

Linde Bangladesh Limited reported a 23% drop to Tk 21. 05 crore in the July-September quarter 2022.

The multinational fuel manufacturer made a profit of Tk 27. 38 crore in the third quarter of 2021.

Therefore, profits consistent with constant percentage were 13. 83 Tk in July-September this year to 17. 99 Tk in the same constant period last year, according to the unaudited financial statements.

Earnings per share declined basically due to higher commodity costs in overseas markets, coupled with an unfavorable exchange rate and a sharp drop in earnings in the healthcare segment due to the improvement in the coronavirus situation, the company said today in a Dhaka Stock Exchange filing.

Linde Bangladesh gained Tk 74. 24 crore in the January-September period, up from Tk 90. 41 crore previously.

EPS stood at 48. 78 Tk in the January-September 2022 period, at 59. 41 Tk in January-September 2021.

Net money consistent with constant percentage fell to Tk 36. 78 for January-September from Tk 44. 13 in the same constant period last year.

The net asset price consistent with the percentage consisting of Tk 389. 34 on September 30 this year and Tk 375. 16 on the same day last year.

Linde Bangladesh products come with liquid and gaseous oxygen and nitrogen, argon, acetylene, carbon dioxide, dry ice, refrigerant gases, lamp gas, medical oxygen and nitrous oxide.
