Lewis Hamilton, 35, updates his enthusiasts with a glimpse of his daily life. The car race champion went to Instagram and shared a photo of himself before going out to the track, and tackled a major replacement by doing so.

Given his 19.6 million followers, Lewis admitted that he would “miss” the enthusiasts to help him with the big event.

Following the effect of the coronavirus pandemic, mass meetings were banned to curb the spread of the virus.

Lewis wrote: “I just arrived in Belgium, a lovely day here. I hear we have a rainy weekend ahead of us. You’re going to miss seeing all the enthusiasts here #TeamLH.”

The sport star accompanied the message with his dog Roscoe while he was at ease in the front of his car.

Fans flocked to comment on the message, as many others also shared their disappointment.

One user thought, “I just saw you a year ago at Spa! The most productive day of my life. Take care of Lewis and win this race! My last words last year for you were good luck for the race and will be the same now! How sad, I can’t meet you this year and you guys in user are still in there! #Teamlh “

While a third user added: “Welcome to my house Lewis. It’s sad that we can’t be here yet, I’m proud you’re here.”

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the first 10 Grands Prix of the 2020 Formula One season had been postponed or cancelled.

Belgian Prime Minister Sophie Wilmes has shown that all mass celebrations in the country, such as festivals and primaries, will be banned until 31 August.

This would come with the 2020 Belgian Grand Prix, which begins this weekend.

On the other hand, Lewis suffered a heartbreaking loss before this year after confirming the death of his dog Coco.

Lewis revealed that his beloved dog had died in his arms in June while visiting the photo-sharing site to share the unhappy news.

At the time, he wrote: “Last night, around nine o’clock at night, my lovely little wife Coco died at home with the circle of relatives by her side.

“Her little heart gave in, we think it was a heart attack. I tried to revive her but it was no use.”

She continued: “She is such a special bitch, she was born with so many disorders and I feel very fortunate to have followed her.

Her breeder said she was going to have to belittle her because she couldn’t do everything she needed to survive, she went through a lot to become the loving and lazy she was.

“On your last day, we shared a special moment of combined play that I will never forget.”

Earlier this year, Lewis’ dog, Roscoe, stole hearts while trying to walk in new shoes with the Formula One champion.
