My wife recently were given an email from Megan Dahle pushing to get AB 1384 passed. It would exempt schools from ALL COVID-19 liability. Her email also touts how school openings are. AB 1348 directly affects my family, my wife is a instructor and my kid is entering kindergarten. I need them to be in school this year yet I need to know school is a position for them. This factor exists because insurance corporations have refused to canopy COVID liability. Instead of running on law requiring insurance corporations to take duty for COVID, as is their job, Megan thinks we deserve to absolve schools of all liability and make kidren, families, and instructors pay instead.
