Stephen Lee (USA), Hussain Al Baloushi (Oman) and Hashem Shana’ah (Jordan) were the respective departmental winners of the 2022 Oman International Amateur Golf Tour tournament held at Ghala Golf Club, Muscat.
The 54-hole tournament organized through Golf Events Management and which attracted
players from 10 other countries (Oman, United Arab Emirates, United States, Jordan, Japan, India, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan) and have earned R points
The tournament has other categories, the main one being the men’s won through Stephen Lee (USA), who traveled in particular to Oman from the USA. for this occasion and obtained a score of 230. Tied for the moment position with Sri Lankan player Ruwan Jayasinghe. and house player Bader Al Amri, with either player firing 236.
In the Senior Gross division, Omani player Hussain Dad Al Balushi won the first prize, followed by Rizmy Shariff (Sri Lanka) who came in second.
The winner of the Senior Net department Omani player Mubarak Al Hassani.
Jordanian star Hashem Shana’ah, winner of the youth department, followed through Dineth Jayasinghe (Sri Lanka).
The youngest player of the occasion Yusuf Al Rumhy (Oman).
