La Salle County Coronavirus Update: Streator outperforms Mendota as maximum instances in county

Twenty-six new coVID-19 instances were shown Friday through the La Salle County Health Department, a dozen new instances in Streator.

A boy under the age of 13, two teenage girls, a boy in his 20s, a 30s boy, six of 30, a 40-year-old boy, a 40-year-old woguy, 3 men in his 50s, a 60s boy, two in his 60s, a woguy in his 60s, and a woguy in his 60s.

There are 497 known active cases in La Salle County and 1,208 cases shown since the start of the pandemic.

Two other people in the past tested positive for COVID-19 were removed from isolation, bringing the total to 666.

We decided that a previous case reported as a resident of La Salle County resided outside the county and has since been transferred to the appropriate county.

22,318 tests were performed among citizens of La Salle County and 5.4% of them returned for the virus.

Since Thursday’s report, knowledge of the IDPH zip code has been updated as follows (these figures rarely fall behind the LCHD report):

Streator recorded 12 other cases shown, bringing the total to 238 since the start of the pandemic.

Ottawa recorded five cases, bringing the total to 213.

Mendota had two cases, which raised his total to 231.

Marseille had one more case, which raised its total to 84.

Peru had another case, bringing its total to 79.

Oglesby had another case, which raised his general to 42.

Utica had one more case, which raises its total to 19.

The Chamber in 103 cases.

Sheridan stays on the cases.

Somonauk, which is located in DeKalb County, remains in 30 cases.

Earlville in 22 cases.

Seneca in 19 cases.

Grand Ridge in 17 cases.

Leland in 14 cases.

Wenona, who is basically in Marshall County, remains in thirteen cases.

Tonica in 8 cases.

The loser in 8 cases.
