Twenty-one new COVID-19s were shown Sunday through the La Salle County Health Department, raising the number of county-wide assets to 533.
Four teenage girls, three men in their 20s, two women in their 20s, a man in his 30s, two women in their 30s, a man in his 40s, four women in their 40s, two men in their 50s and two women in their 50s tested positive for the virus.
There have been 1,244 confirmed cases of the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic. Of those, 1,244, 666 have been released from isolation and 45 have died from complications related to COVID-19.
23,161 tests were performed among citizens of La Salle County and 5.4% of them returned for the virus.
Since Saturday’s report, knowledge of the IDPH zip code has been updated as follows (these figures are rarely delayed with respect to the LCHD report):
Streator, also in Livingston County, had nine other cases of COVID-19, raising the total to 250 since the start of the pandemic.
Mendota had three cases, bringing his total to 236.
• Ottawa had an additional case, increasing its total to 219.
Marseille had one more case, making its total of 86.
Sheridan had another case, which raised his general to 44.
Oglesby had another case, which raised his general to 43.
Seneca had one more case, which raised it to 20 in total.
The Chamber in 104 cases.
Peru remains in the cases.
Somonauk, which is located in DeKalb County, remains in 30 cases.
Earlville in 22 cases.
Utica in 20 cases.
Grand Ridge in 17 cases.
Leland in 15 cases.
Wenona, which is basically located in Marshall County, remains in 14 cases.
Tonica in 10 cases.
The loser in 8 cases.
