A Man from La Salle County, about 80 years old, one in his 80s and one in his 90s died of COVID-19-like headaches, according to data released Monday through the La Salle County Department of Health.
La Salle County has had 48 deaths due to COVID-19-related headaches since the start of the pandemic.
Of the 48 deaths, 33 are due to outbreaks in nursing homes or long-term care facilities, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
In addition, there were 17 new instances shown Monday in La Salle County, there are 530 active instances of the virus throughout the county, and there have been 1,261 instances displayed since the start of the pandemic.
Two teenagers, 4 teenage girls, two 20-year-old men, two 20-year-old women, a 30-year-old boy, a 40-year-old boy, a 60-year-old woguy, two 60-year-old men and an 80-year-old woguy diagnosed as the last case.
Another seventeen people were released from solitary confinement, bringing the total to 683.
23,420 tests were conducted among the citizens of La Salle County, and 5.4% of them returned from the virus.

• Peru had 4 more instances shown, bringing its total to 84 instances since the start of the pandemic.
Streator recorded 3 cases shown, bringing the total to 253.
Ottawa recorded 3 cases shown, bringing the total to 222.
Utica had 3 cases shown, bringing its total to 23.
Oglesby recorded two cases shown, bringing the total to 45.
Mendota had one more case shown, which elevated her general to 237.
The Hall had one more case shown, which raised its total to 105.
Marseille had a more proven case, so its total is 87.
Sheridan remains in the cases.
Somonauk, which is located in DeKalb County, remains in 30 cases.
Earlville in 22 cases.
Seneca in 20 cases.
Grand Ridge in 17 cases.
Leland in 15 cases.
• Wenona, which is basically located in Marshall County, remains in 14 cases.
Tonica in 10 cases.
The loser in 8 cases.
