Two from La Salle County, one in their 100s and the other in their 100s, died of headaches similar to the new coronavirus, the La Salle County Health Department reported Wednesday afternoon.
Their deaths are 43 and 44 attributed to COVID-19-related headaches in La Salle County since the onset of the pandemic, and deaths 13 and 14 reported in the last 10 days.
In addition, 19 new coVID-19 instances were shown in the county as nine new recoveries, bringing those cumulative totals to 1155 and 658, respectively. There are 453 known and active instances in La Salle County.
The 19 new cases came with a woguy in the 1980s, two men in their 60s, 4 women in their 50s, one man in their 50s, two men in their 30s, a woguy in their 30s, a boy in their 20s, two teenage women and a boy under the age of 13.

Streator recorded 10 new cases, bringing its total to 216 since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ottawa recorded 3 new cases, bringing the total to 200.
Marseille has two new cases, bringing its total to 83.
Utica had a positive test, which raised its total to 16.
Tonica had one more test, which elevated her to seven overall.
Leland had a new case, which raised his general to 12.
Wenona, who is basically in Marshall County, had a new case, which raised her total to 12.
Peru remained in the cases.
The Chamber remained in the cases.
Seneca remained in 17 cases.
Mendota remained in 229 cases.
Sheridan remained in the cases.
Oglesby remained in the cases.
Somonauk, which is located in DeKalb County, remained in 30 cases.
Earlville remained in 22 cases.
Grand Ridge remained in 17 cases.
Lostant remained in eight cases.
