Kuwait reports 633 new COVID-19s, a total of 83578

Kuwait: Kuwait has shown 633 new cases of novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours, down from the count for days after, bringing the country’s total number of infections to 83,578, a fitness official said Friday.

All new instances that have been in contact in the past inflamed Americans or are being investigated to locate infection resources and identify people who were in contact, Health Ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad said in an update.

The ministry announced 3 new deaths by COVID-19, bringing the total deaths in Kuwait to 525 so far, KUNA reported Kuwaiti news.

There are 94 patients receiving intensive care, Dr. Al Sanad said.

The total number of viral tests in Kuwait reached 607,921 after 4,317 tests conducted in the last 24 hours.

The Ministry of Health also reported that another 798 patients have recovered from COVID-19 within 24 hours, bringing the total number of cures for the disease in Kuwait to 75,320.

In weeks, Kuwait has eased restrictions on viruses and is expected to lift a partial national curfew from Sunday.
