Kuwait Airways CEO Maen Razouqi said: “Kuwait Airways is very happy to launch its first advertising flights to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, which is one of our most important new destinations with its prominence and tourism diversity. We will use the environmentally friendly Airbus A330, suitable for medium and long-haul destinations, with its exclusive features for the 8-hour flight between Kuwait and Kuala Lumpur.
“This launch follows Kuwait Airways’ successful start of operations to destinations such as Madrid, Casablanca, Izmir, etc. , as well as Taif and Medina. In addition, arrangements are being made to start operations in Kathmandu and the Maldives in the coming months.
The airline said last month it would operate thirteen flights to Doha, bringing visitors to attend the soccer World Cup later this year.
