Israeli ministers are in a position to pass a new set of pandemic regulations that will replace the approach to how collection limits are calculated.
According to Ynet, the ministers of the so-called coronavirus cabinet will adopt a formula in which all enclosed spaces are judged according to the same criteria, as having other regulations for other types of corporations or spaces. Under regulations, only spaces of 80 square meters (860 square feet) or more will be allowed to accommodate equipment of 20 or more people, whether in a restaurant, gym or synagogue.
Ministers also approve regulations on how the airport operates and who can enter it, according to the report.
Regulations will still be approved throughout the closet and reviewed through the Knesset Coronavirus Committee.
