The health government said 95 visitors to the complex tested positive for the virus and 50 consumers reported positive cases on their way home, according to the report.
“The infection rate is 4 times higher among naturists in the hotel than in the village itself,” said the regional fitness government, The Local reported. Visitors to the camp were ordered to wear a mask and distance themselves from the country, according to The Irish Times.
“There are infections everywhere, adding among other people who are not libertine,” said Pierre Ricordeau, general manager of the fitness authority. “The message is the same for everyone: put on a mask, wash your hands and practice social estrangement, whether you are libertine or not libertine.
Ricordeau said the social distance probably “hadn’t had enough reputation at the center,” according to the Irish Times, and asked others to “delay” plans in the area.
THESE COUNTRIES HAVE NEVER REPORTED CASES OF CORONAVIRUS
The outbreak comes amid Sunday’s announcement of France’s “new record after the lockout” of some 5,000 new infections, according to Reuters.
According to Public Health France, there is a national “strong increase” in “viral circulation” among young adults, and an overall increase in incidence (42%) and the positivity rate (42%). The government also reported a “growing trend in new hospitalizations and admissions in the ICU,” with the “number of new groups being formed.”
According to the thermal map of Johns Hopkins University, France has more than 282,000 cases and about 30,530 deaths. In terms of context, this puts the country 17th globally in terms of number of instances.
The United States continues to have the total number of cases with more than 5.7 million infections, followed by Brazil and India with more than 3.6 million and nearly 3.2 million infections, respectively.
